Care should be taken not to overload the engine. By no means should we mix the oil with gasoline or diesel and we should check the oil level with a rod.Before turning on the machine, all the bolts of the manual compactor chassis must be fastened in place. The fuel tank should also be examined and filled up to 1 inch from the source to allow sufficient room for fuel expansion.

    Turning on the device also means that the key to turn the device clockwise must be switched on. Open the gas valve and the motor gas handle should be set at high speed. The choke lever should also be fastened. Of course, if the engine was warm and the temperature was too high, the choke lever should be half-open or even fully open, otherwise the lever should be kept cool at low temperatures.

    As you know, plate/manual compactors have a handle that has to be gently pulled down to allow the engine to turn on. After the Rubin plate compressor motor has been turned on, it should take about 3-4 minutes for the engine to warm up to perform the compacting process, especially in the cold seasons. As soon as the engine was turned on and warmed up, the choke had to be set to open and the Rubin handheld compressor gas was accelerated to reach around 2300 to 2600 rpm. Accordingly, the centrifugal clutch will start operating at Rubin Compactor.

    3- How to turn off the Robin motor in plate compactor:

In critical and emergency situations, the power switch can be switched on and off to turn off the engine. But in a normal way, the procedure is a little different.     4- Precautions:

For example: If you are working on a hole or ditch, it is best to use a frog compactor. Because these types of devices make it easier to maneuver and a smaller, more concentrated screen will give you deeper compaction. Finally, you don't need to cross the car several times to compress the material into deeper spaces. However, if you want to compress surfaces with grainy soils in larger, flat areas, a plate compactor would be a better option for you. The larger screen size and its vibration allow you to create even more layers over a wider and wider area of the surface.
