what is the difference between asphalt cutter and concret cutter?

Familiarity with the types of cutter blades in the asphalt cutter device

What can make deep, precise and desirable cuts on hard asphalt and concrete surfaces is the cutter blade. This cutter blade is actually a metal disc with cutting teeth around it.

Basically, the materials used in the cutter blade are made of stainless steel along with carbon and chromium alloys and other hardening elements.

This is because the piece must be rotated at high speed and, along with this rotation, make deep cuts on the hardest surfaces of the building, so that no breakage, warping, slowing or rusting is noticed.

Cutting several levels is the task of the asphalt cutting cutter. From asphalt cutting to concrete, granite, ceramic, gypsum and marble are common examples of use with this device.

Because each hard surface has its own hardness conditions, it is not possible to use one type of cutter blade to cut all surfaces.

Manufacturers of cutter blades provide a variety of cutter blades with a thorough understanding of the various levels of cutting operations.

In this way, the cutter blade will be in a completely specialized condition. Every knowledgeable operator knows for what level, what kind of cutter blade to use, considering what type of cooling surfaces and the maximum allowable speed.

In the general category of cutter blades, this piece can be divided into two general categories.

- Asphalt cutter blade

- Concrete cutter blade

The reasons for these two categories range from major differences between hardness to asphalt and concrete. Almost other surfaces such as stones, tiles, ceramics, and mosaics fall into one of these two groups.

Asphalt cutter blade: Asphalt cutting is something different from cutting solid stone or concrete surfaces. Therefore, the asphalt cutter blade is made in a different space from the concrete blade.

Asphalt has a softness compared to concrete or stone surfaces.

Normally, the level of asphalt is very hard and free of any softness; but asphalt is not a rigid material. Large grains of sand are trapped in bitumen captivity.

This surface is almost soft compared to solid and very hard concrete surfaces.

Therefore, the cutter blade must be rigid to cut asphalt surfaces.

Hard blades can easily dislodge crumbs when they are removed from the bitumen when cutting asphalt, and do not allow these crumbs to interfere with the performance of the asphalt cutting cutter.

Concrete cutter blades: In contrast to non-rigid surfaces such as asphalt, which are made by combining several materials such as stone and bitumen, concrete surfaces have completely solid conditions.

Types of stones such as granite and marble are also cut in this type of surface.

Therefore, the cutting operation of concrete surfaces is more difficult than asphalt surfaces.

In the material used to make the concrete cutting cutter, higher level carbon compounds have been used and the alloying of the concrete blade in the hardening stage is done considering the high level conditions.

One of the practical points in using different types of concrete cutter to asphalt blade is the ability of concrete cutter blade to cut asphalt surfaces.

You can use a concrete blade to cut asphalt; but you can never use an asphalt cutting cutter to crack hard concrete surfaces.
