Of course, note that the best way to use any concrete admixture, including concrete lubricants, is to use the recommended dosage of the manufacturer and make workshop samples.
But in general, it can be said that the appropriate amount of lubricants used in the range of two tenths of a percent of the weight of cement used to 2 percent of the weight of cement used and varies between these two amounts.
This amount is used not only for lubricants but also other concrete additives.

Normally, the consumption of all concrete additives, including superplasticizers and concrete lubricants, is determined based on the percentage of cement and cementitious materials in the concrete.
As mentioned before, the amount of concrete lubricant used also depends on the superplasticizer, which can be between two tenths to two percent of the weight of cement and consumption. This amount of consumption is proportional to the concentration of special additives.
Note that laboratory tests should be used to obtain the optimal consumption of concrete lubricant.
The reason for this is that due to the figures listed in the technical specifications of this product, its consumption can be affected by ambient temperature, transportation distance, water to cement ratio, water to cement reduction required, aggregate size and chemical compounds of cement.

In some cases, there may not be enough reliable information about an additive such as a lubricant. In these cases, the best way to investigate its effect is to conduct workshop tests.
Another important point is that these experiments are made according to the predicted weather conditions, practical methods and facilities, and are performed according to the use of materials used in the workshop.
There are parameters that are expected to change due to the use of water reducer in the mixing design.
Some of these parameters include the amount of air flow, dehydration, separation, setting time and process, as well as mechanical resistance. Before you start, it is best to prepare and test a sufficient number of mixing plans in the laboratory and workshop.
