    How to install laboratory concrete mixer

    1. First, connect the laboratory mixer with the frame on one side and install the auxiliary base at the bottom. To connect the two, insert a hex screw through the side holes and place a lock nut on the other side. Also screw a number of hexagon screws to the nut on the frame, then tighten them.

    2. In the next step, open the frame and connect the base of the rod and its wheels to it in the same way as before.

    3. After connecting these several pieces, make sure that the bolts are tight.

    4. In this step, pull the base on the rod of the actuator cylinders.

    5. Try two people and be sure to carefully place the bottom pot and the auxiliary arm on the side aids that are standing so that the bearing blocks get in the prepared channels. Note that the larger diameter rod should be at the end of the base.

    6. On each side, place the holes in the side auxiliary direction with those in the blocks and insert a number of hexagon screws on one side and a lock nut on the other side. Then fasten them with a wrench.

    7. In the next step, install the special blades for laboratory concrete mixers loosely; So that a washer and lock nut pass freely through it. The washer should be placed under the blade and in front of the boiler.

    The important point here is that two arrows are attached to the top and bottom of the concrete boiler to explain and illuminate their position. If you have trouble locating the mixing blades, this tag will help you to correct it if you have installed the top boiler on top of the bottom pot by mistake.

    In other words, to solve the problem in this field, rotate them so that the two arrows are in the same direction. 8.     11. Note that a number of washers should be placed between the laboratory concrete boiler and the blade. Also at this stage, tighten the mixture inside the blade using a lock nut.

    12. At this stage, pull the lock plate on a rod with a large diameter at the end of the base of the frame while facing inwards and fasten it with two secure screws with the lock nut.

    13. In the next step, put the spring inside the load pipe and hold it with the help of a finger. Place the strip on a larger diameter bar to keep the bar curved. Then apply pressure to the bar to align the holes in the base with the drilled holes.

    Then insert a hex screw and unscrew a lock nut on the other side. Fasten the nut firmly to the base, but be careful not to tighten it too much as this will prevent the rod from rotating in the hinge.

    14. In the last step, if you want the groove grooves to be aligned, pull the gearbox on the gear bar. Then screw the two lock nuts to the protruding nail on the gearbox and secure the lower connection base using a number of screws and a number of lock nuts.

    Important points for mixing with laboratory concrete mixer

    1. Unscrew the screw completely and first connect it to a concrete mixer before plugging it in.

    2. Before the boiler is loaded; Always turn on the mixer.

    3. Be careful not to throw the material in laboratory concrete or 120 liter concrete mixer in any way. The reason for this is that the desired material does not stick to the back of the pot. Try to pour them little by little and continuously on the edge.

    4. Inside the engine of this device, a built-in thermal protector is installed. The reason for this protector is to prevent overheating. When the engine cools down, this protector also returns completely automatically.

    5. Note that for better results in using this device, add enough pebbles to the pot.

    6. Another important point in using this versatile device is that when the device rotates and turns on; do not put your hands in it under any circumstances.
